Airport: Portugal - Faro to the Hotel Alísios
From Faro Airport to Hotel Alisios:
1. On driving out of the Airport area, follow signs to Portimão.
2. After approx. 6 kms, you will find on your right hand side a sign indicating “Portimão (EN 125) and Portimão-Lisboa-Espanha (A22) / Loulé. Follow ahead.
3. After passing the “Algarve Football Stadium” take the 2nd turn on your right where it is indicated “Portimão/Lisboa (A22 – also known as Via do Infante).
4. After driving around 30 kms there will be a turn sign “Albufeira/Lisboa” – follow the direction to Albufeira.
5. When you see, on your left hand side, a Repsol Gasoline Station, continue up to a roundabout and follow it to your left.
6. On the next roundabout (ref. LIDL on your left) continue to drive ahead
You will then find traffic-lights – continue ahead until you find the roundabout (with Clocks); follow ahead again until you come to the next roundabout .
Here you will turn right.
7. Continue ahead and when you come to a new roundabout, with 3 Palm Trees,
turn right.
8. Continue ahead and after approx. 800 meters, the Hotel Alisios will be on your Left.
A2 motorway (Lisbon / Algarve - Alísios).
1. A2 motorway, heading south / Algarve. Portimão exit (A22).
2. About 6 Km later, turn right at the exit (Albufeira / Lisbon). Follow the signs Albufeira.
3. When you see, on your left hand side, a Repsol Gasoline Station, continue up to a roundabout and follow it to your left.
4. On the next roundabout (ref. LIDL on your left) continue to drive ahead
You will then find traffic-lights – continue ahead until you find the roundabout (with Clocks); follow ahead again until you come to the next roundabout .
Here you will turn right.
5. Continue ahead and when you come to a new roundabout, with 3 Palm Trees,
turn right.
6. Continue ahead and after approx. 800 meters, the Hotel Alisios will be on your Left.
Ferreiras / Albufeira Railway Station to - Alísios
Exit at Albufeira Railway station (Ferreiras)
Just outside the train station there is a taxi stand.
Bus Terminal - Alísios
Just outside the bus station there is a Taxi stand.
Alternatively you can take the "Giro", a Citybus which circulates in the center of Albufeira, departing every 30 minutes from bus terminal. Both green and blue lines stop next to INATEL (right next to the Hotel Alísios).
